Christmas Movie Checklist
Work your way through the list or rate movies you've already seen.
Bingo Instructions
The game's host (caller) makes a random drawing. Print one board, cut each square, and place them in a cup or bag for drawing.
Place the tile to the side each time an item is called, so you may compare it to the winner's card. When a player notices that the selected things are aligned in a row (vertical, horizontal, or diagonal) on their card, they shout “Bingo!” to notify the other players of a winning card.
The game host (or an assistant aiding the host) is then prompted to check the card for confirmation of the win. Players compete to be the first to come up with a winning arrangement for the prizes. The players clear their boards of tiles once a winner is declared, and the game host begins a fresh round of play.
Christmas Activity Kit
Pictionary– is a game in which players sketch an object or a word and the rest of the group guesses what it is. Set a timer and divide into teams. After everyone has had a turn drawing and guessing, the team with the most correct guesses wins.
Charades– Print out the charades printable, cut them, fold them up and place them in any container with a wide opening. This game can be played with as few as two players. If you have more than two players, you can split the group up into two teams that will compete against each other.
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Choose a player to start the game.
- The player chooses a Christmas-related topic to act out without speaking.
- The player then pantomimes the word or phrase on the slip of paper to the other players. (You may want to consider using a timer and allowing between 30-60 seconds to act out the movie title. If time runs out and the Christmas-related topic has not been correctly guessed, you can either return the Christmas-related topic to the container for another player to pull, or you can toss it in the used pile – at your discretion).
- The first person to guess the word or phrase gets a point.
- Players from each team take turns pantomiming for their teammates. The first team to guess the word or phrase gets a point.
- Keep track of the points earned by each player or team. The one with the most points at the end of the game wins.
Christmas Alphabet Games -The player's goal here is to find a word associated with Christmas for each letter. This game can be played individually or in teams. Set a timer. After the time has elapsed, the player or team with the most correct guesses wins.
Christmas Word Scramble – In this game, you'll have to guess the word by rearranging the scrambled letters. This comes with an answer key as well.
Christmas Guess the Christmas Song – In this Guess the Christmas Song game, a partial song title is listed.
Your task is to fill in the blanks to complete the name of the Christmas song. You could also make a Christmas song playlist, play a snippet of each of the songs, and then players must guess what Christmas song is being played (without using the printable).
