Did you miss the list of Disney Plus new movies in March 2021?
Make sure you finish up any series or movies scheduled to leave the streaming service at the end of the month before they’re gone.
Each month, Disney Plus announces 25-30 new titles in its library that will be coming to the streaming platform. This includes dozens of classic TV shows and series or fan-favorite movies that are added.
The big news this month is new episodes of the new series WandaVision, which premiered on Disney+ on January 15, 2021.
Marvel Studios’ “WandaVision” blends the style of classic sitcoms with the Marvel Cinematic Universe in which Wanda Maximoff (Elizabeth Olsen) and Vision (Paul Bettany)—two super-powered beings living their ideal suburban lives—begin to suspect that everything is not as it seems. It’s the newest Disney+ Original.
Two trailers and a first look are available on Disney+.
It’s a romance, mystery, drama, science fiction, and superhero series, all in one!

DO MOVIES CHANGE ON DISNEY PLUS?
The Disney+ lineup of movies and TV shows is constantly changing as the company gains and loses licensing rights for different content. I was searching for something on Disney Plus today and noticed that there’s a message on this particular title.
The message says “Coming Soon to Disney+,” “Due to existing agreements this title will be available after October 1, 2021. Add to your Watchlist now.” (FYI, I received this message on December 22, 2020.)
HOW DO I SEARCH ON DISNEY PLUS?
The search is a little unreliable. There’s a title I know is available called The Swap.
It’s a gymnastics movie and has the word “gymnast” in the description. (See below.)
However, because Disney+ only scans the title, character, or genre when it performs a search, so it doesn’t show me any results. (See below.)
Rather, it prompts me to “try searching by a series name, movie, actor or character.”
Netflix updates the list of titles available almost every day during the month. Since Disney+ adds its new titles every Friday of the month, why not make every Friday night family movie night!
